Laser Cutting
2 laser cutting systems (4000W and 12000W) with automatic loading and unloading for thicknesses up to 25mm and different types of specific steels including Hardox.
Plasma Cutting
2 plasma cutting systems for thicknesses up to 70mm and for different types of specific steels including Hardox. With this latest generation plasma system we can create parts with cutting accuracy at the highest levels (rotating head bevel cutting).
Oxycutting
1 system with working range 18000x2500mm max thickness 200mm
Press bending
1 numerically controlled press-bending station, with a maximum processing length of 4000mm and a power of 230 TON. A technology that allows high machining precision with the possibility of performing even very complex bending profiles.
Calandering
1 numerically controlled calendering station with 4 rollers for processes up to a length of 2000mm.
Machining
We can offer a series of other processes: drilling, countersinking, turning.
Welding
